Cancellation & Refund Policy​

  • A cancellation policy that works for you. Your satisfied learning experience is our goal.
  • If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your learning experience, kindly bring it to the attention of our team so that we can work towards troubleshooting it. We can either fix the concerns raised by you or offer you a refund as per the terms below: 

7-Day Return Policy

  • A user may request for a full refund within 7 days of a courses purchase. Returns will only be processed if the user has not accessed beyond the ‘default lesson’ for that respective course.
  • Our Learning Management System (LMS) tracks the learning progress of a student. All decisions related to the refund will be made after verifying the progress of the student as per the data available on the LMS. Students cannot claim a partial or full refund if they choose to progress with the course beyond the ‘default lesson’. The ‘default lesson’ may vary with the course. Kindly refer to the list below:

  • All refund amounts will be credited to the original payment method used within 7-9 working days of the acceptance of the request for a refund.
  • If a user is dissatisfied with the quality or contents of the course or is unable to continue their studies, depending upon our assessment of their circumstances and our ability to troubleshoot your concern, they may be allowed to use a portion of their payment as a credit towards a different course.
  • If a user is enrolled in a training course that has been withdrawn by Reo, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
  • Courses purchased during a specific offer or sale period will not be refunded.
  • Outside of the course fees collected, Reo is not responsible for any miscellaneous expenses incurred by the user for the purpose of studying the course.
  • At our discretion, if we believe users are abusing our refund policy, such as: (a) users have consumed a significant portion of the content that the user wants to refund, (b) the user is requesting a refund for unused content after significant time has passed or (c) the user has previously refunded the content, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
  • These Cancellation & Refund Policies apply solely to the training courses purchased through this domain.
