  • The first section is about discussing various types of design, their applications, and their inputs needed e.g., geographical location, equipment, site survey, and AHJ applicable codes.
  • In the second section, we are going to learn about project file management and various elements of a solar project design like such as site plan, PV location, setbacks, obstructions, and access paths. Following this, we work on a project design and prepare different types of plans such as General Plan, Electrical Plan, String Plan, Conduit Layout, SLD, Point of Interconnection detail, electrical and grounding details, warning labels and placards. This section will give you a great chance to learn how to set up your own template for similar projects.
  • In the last section, we learn about Permit Packages, Construction Designs and As-Built Drawings using three practical projects, followed by quality control.
